• Our courier service providers are ABX, Posstore, Teleport, etc.

• Deliveries will be made from Monday to Saturday *except Sunday and public holidays

• Kindly ensure that your shipping details are accurate, we don’t allow any changes after your order has been sent.

• If your parcel is returned to us due to being undeliverable, you will be contacted for an alternative delivery address. We will resend your package to the new address that you provided, however, you are required to pay the extra delivery charge for the resend. For your information, we can only resend orders once.

• Customs duties, taxes and other relevant government charges are not included in shipping fees.

• Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
